All we need are the name of the baby, the date of birth, the time of delivery, the baby's weight, and the baby's length and this frame can be on its way to your home. The frame is made of beautiful red alder and comes in 3 sizes for 4 by 6, 5 by 7 or 8 by 10 pictures. The only other thing we need is whether you want it landscape (as shown) or portrait (picture length is up and down). Of course as with any picture frame from Cin-dee's crafts, you have the option of making it your own.
