Returns Policy

Our policy is to see that our customers are happy with out products.  If within 10 days of receipt of your product you are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us at (513) 451-1197 and we will work through the issue with you.  Custom engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a mistake on our part, in which case we will fix it or refund your money at our discretion.


We ship only to locations in the United States using the U.S. Postal Service.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs.  Most items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.  Those items that are shipped free are shipped via US First Class Mail.  Priority mail is traceable and should arrive within 2 - 3 business days.  First class mail can be 2 - 7 days depending on where you live in relationship to Cincinnati, OH.
